The Customer Service facility is primarily intended for users of Garzanti CD-ROM products, though users who prefer the printed versions are still welcome to use the service.

Types of assistance provided by the Customer Service technical support:

- system compatibility or various other compatibility problems
- contents support: using the product and features
- marketing support: information on product availability, etc.

The Customer Service lines operate Mondays to Fridays between 14:30 and 17:30, except during office holiday periods.
